We will discuss the process of hiring an international employee from the perspective of the employer and the employee.
There will be a brief presentation on the recent changes and trends in immigration rules and in employer compliance programs.
Who Should Attend:
Upstate business owners and managers who are interested in finding highly-skilled graduate students or recent grads in the fields of engineering, computer science and I.T. will benefit from this lively discussion of how to find, hire and keep the best and the brightest.

3. Economy's effect on the H-1B program
